Another Clip Worth Watching

Pink Is The New Blog alerts to a clip posted on Fair and Balanced.
The clip is a Fox News segment with Brigette Quinn interviewing an editor from Vanity Fair magazine. The website has received so many hits that they've had to stop hosting the clip, but from this page you can view the video at IFILM. It's not Jon Stewart/Tucker Carlson, but it's worth watching.

One Man Speaks for Half of Nation

from Betty Bowers Posted by Hello

I did not attend the $40,000,000 party in D.C. this week. Fortunately, there was one man who voiced the opinion of people opposing George W. and his policies.

From www.blackthursday.com:

Sometimes you have an inauguration
not with the president you want,
but with the presidentyou have.

May the next four years bring peace,
tolerance, and justice to all americans
and all of the people of the world - despite the odds.

* Black-Thursday.com is referencing the answer Rumsfelf gave when asked by a soldier:
"Why do we soldiers have to dig through local landfills for pieces of scrap metal and compromised ballistic glass to up-armor our vehicles, and why don't we have those resources readily available to us? We're digging pieces of rusted scrap metal ... that has already been shot up, dropped, busted, picking the best out of this scrap to put on our vehicles to take into combat."
His answer: "As you know, you go to war with the Army you have ... not the Army you might want or wish to have at a later time."

Nice.
